About Xingmin
Xingmin Intelligent Transportation Systems (Group) Co., Ltd. (Xingmin ITS for short, former Shandong Xingmin Wheel Co., Ltd.) whose headquarter is located in the beautiful and affluent port city---Longkou, was founded in December 1999. It is a steel wheel manufacturer and a vehicle networking data acquisition operating enterprise. On Feb. 9th, 2010, Xingmin got listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming the first steel wheel manufacturer to go public in mainland China. With the development in more than a decade, Xingmin has made itself a group company with business in the fields of wheels researc, manufacturing and marketing, and vehicle networking data acquisition.
Xingmin ITS has been concentrating on the wheel manufacturing field. As the “leading wheel manufacturer in China auto parts industry” and the “vice-director unit of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers Wheel Committee”, Xingmin ITS has set up three wholly-owned subsidiaries domestically---Xingmin Wheel Co., Ltd., Tangshan Xingmin Wheel Co., Ltd. and Xianning Xingmin Wheel Co., Ltd. It is also the holding company of a Sino-US joint venture---Sino-Tex (Longkou) Wheel Manufacturer Inc. Its products mainly cover 6 series, over 1,000 varieties, including steel wheels for passenger cars, light trucks, heavy-duty trucks, trailers, agricultural machineries, and snow wheels, with an annual steel wheel output of over 10million pieces, and a domestic maket share of 18%. Xingmin products are exported to over 40 countries and regions. At the present time, Xingmin ITS is the primary supplier of over 10 OEMs at home and abroad, like Foton, Changan Automobile, Beijing Automobile, etc. It actively conducts synchronous development and design with OEMs.
Xingmin ITS insists on technology research & development and innovation, striving for scientific and technological innovation and technical progress, positioning in high-end quality and realizing customer value. It has a national-level automobile test center, a provincial-level technology center, a postdoctoral innovative practice base of Shandong Province, Xingmin-BUAA Transportation Wheel Advanced Tech R&D Center and Shougang-Xingmin joint laboratory. Since 2015, Xingmin ITS, for further improvement of industrial structure, has successively made itself the holding company of Wuhan Intest Electronic Technology Co. and Beijing Yesway Information Technology Co., Ltd., a shareholder of Shenzhen Guangliansaixun Co., Ltd. and Rainbow Wireless (Beijing) New Technology Co., Ltd. Following the development tendency of “Intelligent Connecting, Big Data Operation”, setting foot in the field of “ vehicle intelligentization, networking, unmanned driving”, taking improving drivers’ driving experience as the ultimate goal, Xingmin ITS aims at speeding up the extensional merger and acquisition, gradually improving the industrial distribution of vehicle networking.
